The StoneSkin Store offers secure online ordering which allows you to instantly send your order to us for processing. If you have a compatible web browser, you may use our shopping cart interface ordering system. The best way to start your order is to use our super-easy product search engine or by clicking on any of the category links which appear on our product/price listings page. This will allow you to browse our product selection and choose items simply by clicking the "Buy Now" graphics. <.p>

Note: Our fax center is closed on most major U.S. holidays.

Checking the Status of Your Order

If you have placed an order with The StoneSkin Store recently and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, you may contact us online or by fax specifying your order number and/or tracking number. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible depending on how much time has already elapsed.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards: We accept the following credit cards: Discover, American Express, MasterCard and Visa. There is no surcharge added for credit card orders. We reserve the right to verify credit card orders for your protection. For fastest processing, please always include a daytime phone number.

PayPal®: You may also pay for your online orders with PayPal using a PayPal account. Ordering with your PayPal account is available online only. It's easy and only takes a few seconds to complete your order. We reserve the right to ship orders to PayPal-confirmed addresses.

Shipping and Handling Charges

To quickly determine the cost of shipping to any destination simply place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and click on the "Shipping Calculator" link displayed at the check out page.

Basic Charge: Most of our orders will ship Fedex ground. Once your cart is complete and you want to check out, your shipping cost related to your order will appear on your order. Please note all orders above 150 pounds will be separated in multiple packages due to the weight limit on Fedex ground shipments. We will ship your order via surface which reaches most areas of the U.S. within three to ten days.

Ordering Samples

Sample orders are accepted but limited to one ¼ piece of a sheet of the chosen product. In other words, one quarter of each sheet sold on the website will be sent as sample and will be charged $10.00 per piece plus shipping. Sample orders will be limited to 4 pieces per order ie $40.00 per order.

Tools and other accessories are not available under the sampling program.
